Jenny Lyons-Cunha is a nonfiction writer based in San Diego, CA. By day, she is a journalist who covers emerging technology and trends in AI and data science. She has written and edited for a prominent tech publication, and her freelance work spans human interest features on non-profit changemakers to ghost-written chapters for mysterious CEOs. She has written branded content for world-class brands like Snap, Merck, Chewy, and Coinbase.

 In her other life, Jenny is a creative writer. Her work has been supported by the Community of Writers and Sewanee Writers' Conferences. Her nonfiction work has appeared in Salon, Built In, and KIOSK online, and she is the recipient of UC Irvine’s Best Reported Narrative award.

Jenny has a BA in Literary Journalism from UC Irvine, an MFA in Creative Writing, Nonfiction from San Francisco State University and an MS in Digital Media from USC Annenberg.
